By using LanTrivo's website or services, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses.
Description of services
LanTrivo provides managed business email (using Google Workspace) and domain management. LanTrivo manages these services but does not own or operate the underlying third-party products.
Package limits
Each plan includes GWS account limits and managed-domain limits as shown on our pricing page. Exceeding your limits requires a plan change or Enterprise pricing.
Billing and renewals
Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Billing questions can be sent to billing@lantrivo.net.
Domain charges
Domain registration and renewal are billed separately and are not included in any package. A plan's managed-domain allowance refers to management capacity only.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, using the services lawfully, safeguarding your credentials, and cooperating with administration.
Account access and administrator permissions
LanTrivo requires administrator access to manage your services and will use that access only to provide and support them.
Third-party services
Our services depend on third parties, including Google, domain registrars, and billing and webchat providers, each subject to their own terms.
Google Workspace terms
Your use of Google Workspace is subject to Google's terms. LanTrivo is a manager and reseller of these accounts, not the provider.
Suspension
We may suspend services for reasons such as non-payment or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel in accordance with these terms. Cancellation may affect your accounts, domains, and data.
Data handling
We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy, including on cancellation.
Warranty disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee against downtime or data loss.
Limitation of liability
LanTrivo's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Specific limits are subject to legal review.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify LanTrivo for misuse of the services or unlawful activity, subject to legal review.
Governing law
The governing jurisdiction is to be confirmed.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms and will post changes here with an updated effective date.
